So impressed with service
So impressed with service. I got a email confirming my order and that they are working to fulfill and later received a notice that it was shipped. The product was the best price I could find online and in store. Delivery was better than expected. I live in the US and thought an international package would really take a beating. My delivery came in a box that looked better than the packages I receive from domestic deliveries. Now Camping World can not take all the credit for the state of the delivery box found on my door step but they can get credit for choosing a delivery company that was going to get the package to its destination good as new.

The order came really fast & it was just what my friend wanted, to sit in the garden. I would definitely buy the cushion too, as it might get uncomfortable after an hour or two.

Poor response from chat
Spoke with chat line today picked up by Liam asked him for best price for 25 items as I didnt want to pay shipping, His reponse was they are a retailer. Have ordered goods as I discovered no shipping as over £25 why did he not say this, not a person i would have on my customer service team until he had been retrained.

I was impressed that someone emailed me after responding to a rating email. He followed up on my order which was stuck at the airport. And turned up before christmas!
The camping sofa was awesome!! Great to use, easy to set up and mega easy to pack away! A great purchase. Thanks

The product id ordered was sold out so camping world contacted me via email and offered me an alternative and the product arrived the next day , very happy with the service
Terrible customer service experience
Contacted Camping World about an exchange/return of a faulty Item - CleverSpa Hot tub insulating cover. Advised I had to contact another department, which I did the following day. Experienced rude customer service response advising it doesn’t look like a manufacturing fault from the picture supplied, it’s out of warranty anyway. sorry.
1. It was in warranty on the day of first contact.
2. It certainly is a manufacturing fault when the tear follows the weft of the material and the material has thinned so much within less than a year that it tears making the item less than useless
3. Ending correspondence with ‘Sorry’ is extremely unprofessional.
Having responded to the unprofessional customer service team member explaining this and requesting reconsideration we have been ignored and no response received. I am extremely disappointed in this company and won’t be using them again!

I ordered a couple of items yesterday and opted for next day delivery. Very speedy - delivery was first thing this morning. Goods well packaged and of excellent quality. Would certainly use again.

Quick shipping! The hottub cover seems to be of pretty good quality! I can't speak to the energy savings but it sure seems to be doing a GREAT job! I've checked the temp when it was 10° outside and the heater was off and the temp was holding right where I set it!!!!!

Ordered an intex hot tub cover Nov 26th still haven’t got it yet, contacted camping world and All they told me was I had to start a claim through usps, which I already did. No help whatsoever. And if the packages somehow gets returned I’m charged a restock fee. For something I never got. Not great customer service.

I brought a tent from them in September…
I brought a tent from them in September but returned it within a week as it was to big for me to manage I still haven't received my refund and am starting to think o won't get it so I'm now having to go to a solicitor to see what I can do I wouldn't advise using this company unfortunately. UPDATE refund still not received it's now been over 3 months of waiting and I am now in contact with my bank to try and retrieve the funds please do not use this company.

If i could I wouldn't put any stars.They are unprofessionals.I have made an order for my kid and when I placed the order the shipping was free worldwide.After an hour they cancelled my ordered with no reason because they decided to change the shipping fee.This is illegal.When I placed the order Shipping was free.I don't care if they can't support their false offers.The answer I got was that they have the right to cancel the order whenever they want...UNACCEPTABLE.
PS: See the answer below and you will all understand how "professionals" they are by answering ironically to their potential customers...
